Join me for this 5- day rock climbing experience in the Chamonix Valley. It will be 5 days of pure adventure, conquering the best granitic walls of the Alps.
Chamonix is one of the most representative alpine climbing centers in the world, with an infinite variety of great quality routes. The upper part of the valley has unbeatable granite pitches surrounded by truly impressive scenery. We can easily access it from the valley’s cable car system.
The valley and its surroundings also have numerous climbing areas at lower altitude, perfect to combine with alpine climbs. Although in Chamonix there are options for all tastes and levels, all participants need to have a minimum technical background, as I suggest here below:
Minimum level of rock climbing V. That means that the person must be able to perform autonomously in a multi-pitch route at high altitude. Also, it may involve multi-hour approaches in challenging alpine terrain;
Know how to secure a first rope;
Know how to rappell;
Good handling of crampons and ice ax;
Excellent physical condition.
These are some of the mountains we will climb: les Envers des Aiguilles, Aiguille de Argentière, Aiguille du Midi, Lachenal, Perrons, Aiguille de l’M, Pyramide du Tacul, les Vuardes and Vallorcine.
Do you feel like trying some rock climbing in the Chamonix Valley? So send your request and book your place for next departures! It’ll be my pleasure to be your guide during this 6-day adventure!
We will stay in a climbing area nearby and we will review some concepts of security and gestural technique.
We will climb routes through the valley, either in the upper sites using cable cars or in other areas at lower altitude. We will spend some nights in refuges (Torino, Argentiere, Envers)

Fantastic climb! We were the only people climbing the normal route so we had the mountain to ourselves. Fede was great, highly professional, and he assessed the risks very well. Highly recommended!
