Description

If you are looking to try something new, then you should definitely consider ice-climbing.  This thrilling sport will allow you to experience the benefits of nature in winter, and explore gorgeous spots. Furthermore, it is a great activity to combine with other outdoor activities such as snowshoeing, ski approaches, or hiking.

On this 1-day Chamonix Ice Climbing adventure, we will learn the basics of ice progression and safety in a gorgeous location.  We will start at 8.30 am in Chamonix, and from there, depending on the technical abilities of the participants, and of the ice conditions, I will choose the best spots for guaranteed access and climbing. Of course,  I will also show you how it is done. By the end of the day, you will have acquired a new skill, or put your ice-climbing to practice in a truly beautiful place.

Chamonix is famous for its many ice falls, and so, it boasts a wide variety of ice climbing routes for all levels. Therefore, everyone is welcome to join this ice-climbing day trip. You will need to be physically fit, but no prior experience is necessary.  I will make sure to give you adequate instructions and that you are safe throughout your climbing day.

So, are you ready to experience the amazing Chamonix ice? Then contact me today, and we will start planning your adventure.

Or, if you prefer, I also lead exciting ski touring adventures in the region.
