Description

Castle Mountain (2766m) hosts some of the best rock climbing routes in the Canadian Rockies. This 2-day trip is your chance to climb the famous Eisenhower Tower under expert guidance. Join me!

With its distinctive shape, Castle Mountain is located just north of Castle Junction, within the Banff National Park. Its popular towers are formed by limestone, dolomite and quartzite rock, offering high quality terrain for rock climbing.

On this 2-day trip we will climb the Eisenhower Tower, which stands at the upper cliffs of the mountain. It is the perfect route for climbers looking for a multi-pitch climb with excellent views!

In addition, spending the night in a charming mountain hut, surrounded by fabulous landscape, will make this experience even better! For this rock climbing outing you need some previous climbing experience and a good fitness level!
