I learned to climb as a child on the rocks of Fontainebleau. This gave me time to explore the many areas of the forest before becoming a climbing instructor. I am also a Feldenkrais practitioner and yoga teacher. These give me a good knowledge of the body and a pedagogical approach. The rest of the time, I am a market gardener and sell my vegetables at the farm.

My husband and I spent a wonderful afternoon with Léo in the forest of Fontainebleau. He quickly created a relaxed atmosphere. He showed us boulders adapted to our different climbing levels and gave us great advice on how to improve our climbing technique. As well as climbing, we loved the yoga activity in the forest. It was a unique experience! In conclusion, Léo is an excellent guide. We can only recommend him. And we can't wait to see him again on our next climbing trip to Fontainebleau.
Stay up-to-date on the best adventures.
