Before we hit the rocks, we'll guide you through a brief warm-up session to prepare and minimize the risk of injury. After warming up, we'll divide into smaller groups based on experience levels to start climbing various routes.

Around noon, we'll take a break for lunch for about 45 minutes.

After lunch, we'll get back on the rock for more climbing. We'll explore new routes and take on different challenges with your newfound confidence. If time permits and the conditions are favorable, we'll also introduce you to abseiling from the top of the wall, giving you the opportunity to practice safe and efficient descents.

By the end of the day, you'll have gained valuable experience.
