Rivalling the more popular Na Pali Coast Trail, the Awa’awapuhi trail allows you to see the gorgeous nature of Hawaii. And because of the trail’s altitude, which rests between 4,000 and 2,500 feet, you will get a spectacular vantage point throughout the hike. Hence providing you with some truly unforgettable views.
Throughout this day long trip, which will include approximately 3-4 hours of hiking, and approximately 2-3 hours of driving, you will see a great deal. You will get to see the lush greenery of the Awa’awapuhi and Nu’alolo valleys. You will also get to gaze at the pure blue water of the Pacific Ocean from high above the Na Pali Coast.
Along with the views from above, you will also get to immerse yourself in the wilderness of the Awa’awapuhi trail. In fact, during this hike, you will trek through the Na-Pali -Kona forest reserve. Full of rich flora and fauna, this area is a treat for anybody who loves nature. And don’t forget to keep your eyes peeled, as you may even spot an elepaio!
And finally, by the end of the hike, you will get to visit the Kalalau lookout. You will also get to visit as the Koke’e museum.

Guide cancelled within 48 hrs and I was unable to find someone else and so far I’ve not been refunded. Put a small dent in my otherwise great trip to Revelstoke.

Guide was very experienced and very patient with us. We learned alot and he tried to fit in all the knowledge he could in one day, super awesome. A little tough going back and forth to get the trip set up hard to tell if the site is sketchy until you see reviews but all worked out. Ended up with an awesome day with an awesome guide. Overall pretty satisfied and thankful!
