Join us for an exciting expedition through the stunning landscapes of Ushuaia. We will begin our adventure by hiking through lush forests, enjoying nature at its finest. As we ascend, we’ll approach the summit, where snow awaits us.
Your adventure begins with a hotel pick-up before we drive to the trailhead at Cerro Cinco Hermanos. From there, we’ll hike to the lagoon at the mountain’s base. Here, we’ll gear up with crampons and climb through snow to the northern saddle of the main summit.
As we approach the saddle, we’ll rope up for a fun scramble to the top. No climbing experience is needed, but you’ll get hands-on with the terrain in a few spots. Reaching the summit, you’ll be rewarded with panoramic views of the Fuegian range and the Beagle Channel—an amazing sight to behold!

If you’re Ip for adventure this tour is for you. An incredible hike and great tour guide. Very knowledge and kept us safe the whole time. Absolutely would recommend! He even helped us rearrange the day so the weather was perfect for us and made the day so much more beautiful. A true highlight of our stay in ushuaia!
We had a wonderful time on this hike, especially thanks to Facundo. He was amazing - easily 5 stars! I should start by saying we are not very experienced hikers but he made it a lot easier on us. He was very informative and knowledgeable about the area itself and the history of the region. There were no problems with communication as his English is excellent (he also speaks Portuguese). Prior to going he provided a detailed list of supplies that would be needed and provided the items we lacked such as crampons and hiking poles. He even brought lunch (and snacks) which was a welcome reward for making it to the glacier! He was considerate of us with both the pacing and the route. We can’t say enough just how much fun we had and would 100% recommend Facundo to anyone considering a guide. Ojo Del Albino was the highlight of our trip to Ushuaia. THANK YOU Facundo for making this experience so enjoyable!

Facu was an amazing guide. We had such a great hike and because we started early, there were very few people at the top. Facu was fun to talk with and extremely knowledgeable. Felt like we were hiking with a friend we had known for a long time even though we had just met that morning. Don’t let him fool you - he makes great sandwiches for lunch too! Highly recommend for anyone seeking out a hike with great views. Make sure you are in decent shape though.
Facu is a very skilled gide and has a lot of knowledge about the area and history of Terra del fuego. And he also is just a very nice guy, who would do his best to give you the best experience you can have in the mountains.
He was fabulous. Very personable. Great communicator. He chose a beautiful tour and got us into excellent ski terrain. An outstanding experience. Book with him today for you and your group. You will be glad you did.
Stay up-to-date on the best adventures.
