Escape the crowds as you experience the iconic mountain of Aiguille du Midi from the air during this beginner friendly, half-day paragliding trip!
Aiguille du Midi is a well known peak of the Mont Blanc massif that is especially famous for being easily accessible by cable car. Riding the cable car starting from Chamonix, you can reach the summit in under 30 minutes. At 3,842m, standing on the summit of Aiguille du Midi will give you an impressive panoramic vista of the famous glaciers and peaks that surround Chamonix.
While most adventurers explore Aiguille du Midi on foot or ski, during this adventure you will have an incredible opportunity to see the awe-inspiring landscapes of the Vallée Blanche from a whole new perspective. We will ascend by cable car, then use crampons and a harness to make a slight descent of the ridge to our launch site. Once we take to the air, you will feel amazed as you soar among the massive Alps from your seat in the paraglider. Our flight will take us among the many magical snow capped peaks around the Chamonix valley. While our exact route will depend on the wind conditions, we have the option to explore the northern side of the mountains, or fly toward the sunny southern side. Regardless of the route, you will come away from the experience feeling inspired by the grandeur of the mountains.
Book this trip now for an unforgettable tandem paraglide descent of Aiguille du Midi! You will soar among the legendary mountains of the Alps as you enjoy the thrilling ride and the awe-inspiring view.
