Warm up with a breathtaking ascent of the Central and Western Breithorn via the challenging East ridge. Then, tackle a thrilling ascent of the Central and Western Breithorn via the scenic East ridge, providing an ideal opportunity for acclimatization amidst stunning alpine vistas.
Get ready for a demanding ascent up the Matterhorn, the most iconic and challenging peak in the Alps. The notorious Hornli ridge will put all of your mountaineering skills to the test, so be prepared. With experienced professionals guiding us, we'll tackle the legendary Hornli ridge over 3 days instead of the usual 2, significantly increasing our chances of a succesful climb.
To thrive on this adventure, you'll need excellent cardiovascular endurance, strong legs and core, and experience navigating steep rock faces. Completion of an advanced mountaineering program is highly recommended.

We'll meet in Cervinia at approximately 4pm. From here, we'll ascend to the Cervino Guide Refuge. Overnight stay at the refuge with dinner.
We will wake up early and begin by ascending to the Central Breithorn via the rocky East ridge. Afterward, we will descend from the Western Breithorn on foot to Trockner Steg along the Teodulo glacier, where we might have a lunch break with the Matterhorn guides.
Following this, we will descend by cable car from Trockner Steg to Schwarzsee, and then proceed up an easy path to the Hornli Hutte. Finally, we will enjoy dinner and spend the night at the refuge.
We will ascend to the Matterhorn (4634m), the symbolic peak of the Alps, along the Hornli ridge, and then descend along the same route to the Hornli Hutte.
Following the descent, we will have dinner and spend the night at the hut.
We will descend to Schwarzsee along the ascent path, then ascend to Trockner Steg by cable car and continue on foot along the Teodulo glacier to Testa Grigia, where we will take the lifts to return to Cervinia.
What technical-mountaineering skills are required for this Matterhorn ascent?
Excellent physical condition and involvement in sports, even at a non-competitive level
Previous experience on steep terrain

How fit do I need to be to climb Matterhorn?
Naturally, good physical fitness allows for faster progress.
Progressing above 4000m is more tiring than at lower altitudes due to the scarcity of oxygen.
If you have experience in mountain activities, including winter, and have already reached other 4000m peaks, you will be able to participate.
What exactly does the fee include?

However, it does not include nights and half-board in the huts, guide lunches, cable cars, transportation to the event locations, and the rental of ice axe, crampons, harness, and helmet.
What happens in the event of bad weather?
If the guide forecasts bad weather, the event will be canceled. If the guide decides to proceed with the event because they believe there is a high chance of success and adequate safety conditions despite the weather, the event cost will not be refunded. No refunds will be given if a group member is unable to reach the summit or if the guide decides to descend due to the group's abilities or the weather conditions.
Where will the Matterhorn climb take place?
The event will be held in the Matterhorn massif at the locations specified in the program. However, due to weather conditions, glacier conditions, and for safety reasons, the Alpine Guide reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to modify the program.

The reality of "Adventure Dreamers" was born thanks to the crossing of paths of 4 boys who share the same passions: travels, mountains, skiing, climbing and sailing. Alessandro is a Roman entrepreneur, passionate about skiing and sailing. He takes care of the marketing and management of the site. Caterina, an educator who grew up in Bologna, loves working in contact with people and traveling the world. Luca, an all-round mountaineer, has chosen to live in the mountains, embarking on a career as a mountain guide. Jacopo, a mountain guide, yoga teacher and indology's student. Together with Caterina she takes care of the organization and management of events.
