This 8-day trip provides so much more than a normal ski adventure: you will be able to enjoy the full experience of skiing on the Alps and savoring the italian culture of food, wine and traditions in a secluded corner of the Cottian Alps.

Val Maira offers a wide range of routes for all ski levels, good snow most of the year, beautiful scenery, and great food and wine to finish the day. We will start the first day climbing to Rifugio di Viviere with our skis, where we will be based for the first five days. In the vicinity of this hut we will experience different climbs, mountains and ski descents every day, of which our highest one will be Monte Ciaslaràs at 3002m. We have over 100 classic itineraries here that can be adapted to weather, group ski level and interests. Some of the options include Bric Boscasso (2589 m), Passo della Gardetta (2440 m) and Auto Vallonasso (2883 m).

In addition, every night you will be able to taste the amazing wines of Piemonte and Castelmagno with another traditional food of the region: cheese. Combined in a good Risotto, you will wonder why you have never finished your skiing days like this before.
