Caiua was an excellent guide who looked after us very well. His detailed knowledge of the Chapada Diamantina including its history, people, flora and fauna made our treks enjoyable and educational. He was especially helpful when Yvona injured her ankle - he was able to apply a local herbal remedy to the injury that accerlerated her recovery. I would recommend Caiua to any English-speaking visitor to the Chapada.
Stay up-to-date on the best adventures.
