The Glacier Bay National Park is located in the Alaska Panhandle. It is a wilderness area, a biosphere reserve and was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Come and discover its wonderful snow-covered mountains, glaciers, forests, and islands on this 5-day kayak program.
During this trip, all participants will enjoy kayaking across the incredible Glacier Bay fjords and will discover the beautiful landscapes and the wildlife surrounding the East Arm. There is also the possibility of seeing the McBride Glacier and the Muir Glacier.
Although previous paddling experience is not a requirement, take into account that it can get more demanding sometimes. So to have a good physical condition is an important aspect to consider. Also, remember that this is a wilderness area, so there won’t be any facilities nearby.
If you have an adventurous spirit and wish to explore a unique area, this trip is for you! Do not hesitate and send your request for this program.
