Description

The Val di Sole (Italian for “Sun valley”) is a region of Trentino, in northern Italy, with some great ski touring opportunities. Join me and spend 5 days exploring this stunning area!

Lying on the south side of the Alps, the Val di Sole features a unique scenery: the impressive peaks of Adamello, Presanella and Ortles-Cevedale, and beautiful glaciers, forests and streams. A large part of this region is protected by the Stelvio and the Adamello Brenta parks.

On this 5-day ski touring trip we will reach the best powder slopes of the area, top-quality snow is guaranteed! Keep in mind that you need to be able to ski on all types of snow, and to climb several hours per day handling crampons and ice axes. Be ready for a challenging expedition!
