Description

If you are looking for a different hiking experience this summer, Slovenia is a perfect option! Join me for a 5-day program.

Located in the Northwest of Slovenia, the Julian Alps are one of the most popular destinations for visitors to the country, with the focal point being the mighty Mt. Triglav, the highest point in the country at 2864m and also a national symbol of Slovenia.

In these 5 days, we will make various hiking tours to great natural spots around this area, on the Julian Alps and Triglav national park.

Highlights:
Slemenova Špica (1911m)
Mount Rombon (2208m)
Krn lakes (1391m)
Soca river
Booka Waterfalls
Vrata Valley
Triglav North Face

A particularly impressive day will be 2 and 3 days. In these 2 days I will take you to the top of Rombon from which there is a unique view of the Soča valley. I’ll guide you across the famous Soča River Trail, from the Soča source toward Bovec. A particularly interesting sight is that of the picturesque footbridges that cross the river at several points.

Along the hikes, we will see amazing landscapes of the Julian Alps, such as the peaks from Mala Mojstrovka to Jalovec and climbed to the summit of Rombon, which exceeds 2000 m above sea level.

Take a look at the itinerary below for a more detailed description of each day’s activities.
