3 Salazes 1-day guided climbing traverse

Join me in a fabulous climbing traverse around the 3 Salazes in the beautiful Reunion Island…

The 3 Salazes are three continuous rocky peaks located in the Piton des Neiges Massif. The Salazes are seen from the center of Cilaos village in Reunion Island. They have 2132 meters high and offers a magnificent ascent.

This point is famous because it offers one of the most beautiful panoramic views of Cilaos and Mafate. It is a varied terrain, sometimes really impressive. Besides this, this is not a very technical climb… however it’s necessary to have a good physical condition.

I propose a 1 day guided program during while we will combine two main activities to reach to Salazes: walk and climb. Firstly, we will reach the central Salaze from where we will cross until the first peak by a Tyrolean. Finally, we descend for two hours while enjoying amazing views.
