3-day Mount Etna Ski Tour

This 3-day Mount Etna Ski Tour will take you to one of the most iconic volcanoes in Europe!

The Mount Etna (3329 m) is located on the east coast of Sicily, the traditional region of south Italy. It’s the highest active volcano in Europe outside the Caucasus mountain range and it’s the highest peak in the Italian territory south of the Alps.

Because it’s one of the most active volcanoes around the world, it’s a remarkable place to visit. And even better if you come skiing through its slopes!

So I’ve designed this fun ski trip to take you explore this amazing landscape.

We’ll meet in Catania and on the first day I’ll take you to ski on a peak close to the Etna, as a warm up for the next couple of days. On the next day we’ll summit this amazing volcano and we’ll visit its crater, where we might see some lava activity, and then the best part: skiing it down!

Finally, on the third day we’ll go skiing in another peak, that will let us appreciate the beautiful shape of Mount Etna from a different perspective.

And one of the best features of the program is that through all the journey you’ll be tasting the delicious local Sicilian cuisine!!
