Description

Located on the border area between Italy and Switzerland, Matterhorn is one of the most popular mountains in the Alps. With its characteristic pyramidal shape, it has an altitude of 4,478 meters which makes it the fifth highest peak in the range. On this opportunity, I invite you to explore this wonderful mountain on a 3-day trip to its summit!

As for the itinerary, on day 1, we’ll share an acclimatization day where we’ll practice ice climbing and get ready for the big climb. Then, on day 2, we’ll go up to the Jean-Antoine Carrel Refuge, at an altitude of 3,835 meters in the Aosta Valley. Finally, we’ll spend day 3 on the ascent to Matterhorn summit and then descend to Cervinia.

Please, take into account that it’s very important to have prior mountaineering experience and to be physically fit for this program. Of course, I will be there to help and guide you.

Do you think this mountaineering adventure would suit you? Then, all you have to do is send the request and book your place. You won’t regret your choice!

Another fantastic peak in the Alps to go climbing is Mont Blanc, the tallest in the range. Check out this 4-day program that I lead to the summit.
