Join me on this guided trek where we’ll take two days to ascend Atlas Mountain’s highest peak, Mt Toubkal.
The Atlas Mountains is a spectacular mountain range that stretches across Morocco, Algeria and Tunisia. The area has managed to retain a sense of tranquility, staying slightly off the tourist route. There are also many villages nestled in the mountains. All of this adds to its charm.
Our adventure will start in Imlil, where we’ll begin our hike to the summit. On the way, we’ll spend one night in the Nelter Hut, a warm refuge where you’ll sleep in dorms and where we’ll prepare warm meals for you. We’ll also pass through local villages and I’ll be able to give you more information about the local culture and history of the region.
The views that you’ll get as you trek through the mountains are simply spectacular. Then, at the summit, breathtaking panoramic views of the valley below will await you. We’ll spend some time there taking it all in. And getting as many photos as we can!
Looking out over the Atlas Mountains and the surrounding area from the summit is truly magical. This trip is unmissable. Request to book now and secure your spot.

We’ll transfer from Marrakech to Imlil at 1,740m, our start point for the trek. We’ll spend the day trekking to Nelter Hut at 3,210m. Here we’ll have dinner and set up camp for the night.
On the second day, we’ll rise early to tackle the ascent. When we’ve reached it, there will be time to take in the spectacular views and take photos. From there we’ll head back to Nelter Hut for some lunch. We’ll then transfer from there back to Marrakech.
