Description

Spain is one of the best European destinations for rock climbing adventures. If you love vertical walls, join me: let’s head up some amazing routes on the best crags of the country!

In Spain we can find several mountain ranges such as the Pyrenees, the Sierra Nevada, the Cantabrian Mountains and the Iberian System. They all host rock climbing areas with varied kinds of climbs and routes for levels.

This 2-day trip is your chance to explore stunning climbing spots. These are some of my favourites:

  • Naranjo de Bulnes: a limestone peak located in the Central Massif of Picos de Europa with amazing crags like Rabadá Navarro.

  • Circo de Gredos: a glacial valley part of the Central System with lots of routes for all levels.

  • Penon d’Ifach: a limestone plug rising out of the Mediterranean Sea, located in Calpe, Valencia.

  • Sierra de la Cabrera: a mountain range part of the Sierra de Guadarrama. Here I recommend Aguja de la pirámide.

  • El Chorro: A very diverse area with a huge gorge offering fantastic multi-pitch routes.

So, if you are up for this 2-day rock climbing tour in Spain, please contact me. Let’s discover some of the highlights of this beautiful country together!

This country has also via ferrata routes where you can take the entire family. If you are interested, check out my trips in Calcena, Morata de Jalon, Murillo de Gallego.
