Highlights

  • Develop your mountaineering skills with an IFMGA-qualified team.
  • Surround yourself in the stunning Italian mountainside.
  • Master glaciers and mixed terrain.

Description

Head to the heart of the beautiful Mont Blanc massif to learn mountaineering techniques, including how to conquer glaciers, mixed terrain and high altitudes.

With our 2-day base at the Torino refuge, our main objective is to build confidence and teach participants the essentials, including glacier crossings, mixed routes and ridges, and steep gullies. All this is in order to make participants independent on the mountainside.

While keeping the guide ratio low, you can expect the care and attention needed in order to develop your mountaineering skills.

Reserve your place amid the high mountain of the Mont Blanc massif, and upgrade your mountaineering techniques, build confidence, and experience the wild beauty of the Italian alpine mountainside.

It was my first climbing experience and it couldn’t have been better. My guide Franco chose a climbing spot that allowed for varying degrees of difficulty, took his time to explain safety, all the different tools, show me basic techniques, and guided me through the pitches to help improve my skills over the day. We were able to do several pitches of varying difficulty to explore and push my limits and get comfortable with the elevation. Thank you! I highly recommend him.

Marcus

Great service from Explore Share arranging a world class guide (Franco) to take our family of 6 on the via Ferrata expedition. Highly recommend!

Great experience overall - we went to the Apuan alps where we were able to climb multiple routes with a fantastic view all with our guide Franco - very fun and memorable experience and would definitely recommend

Really great climbing experience near Cinque Terre. The location was beautiful and our guide was fantastic. 1/2 of our group was experienced and 1/2 was not. Our guide made sure to find an area to accommodate everyone's abilities. Would highly recommend this experience!
