During this trip, which will take place throughout the afternoon, you will get to make your way through the tranquil Apple Pie Trail. Full of beautiful scenery, all draped in a blanket of fluffy white, you will get to enjoy the silence and crisp air. You will also get to gaze in glee at the collection of tracks left behind in the snow by a host of animals, from foxes to deer.
After the snowshoeing, you will then get to enjoy a selection of tasty local cheeses and stomach warming local wine. Furthermore, because the Apple Pie Trail is located near the town of Blue Mountains, you will also have a chance to spend some time in one of the nicest towns in northern Ontario.
Perfect for snowshoe beginners and experts alike, we will select the perfect route for you.
If exploring the Canadian winter landscape on snowshoes at a steady, relaxing pace is what you seek, this trip will suit you perfectly. And when accompanied by some tasty local cheese and wine, you are certainly in for a truly Canadian experience. To enjoy it for yourself, just send us a request.
We can also take you snowshoeing in the amazing Algonquin park on this half-day trip.
