Are you looking for a multi-pitch program in a beautiful natural area? Then I invite you to spend one or more days climbing in Montserrat and other places around Barcelona.
On this rock climbing program, we can explore the fantastic multi-pitch routes that Montserrat has to offer. Montserrat is a very popular tourist destination near Barcelona with several interesting spots to discover and enjoy.
However, we can also spend our time in other areas in Catalunya, such as Vilanova de Meyá. This small village is situated in the province of Lleida. Furthermore, we’ll have the chance to visit amazing climbing spots such as Paret de Terradets, Collegats and the Pedraforca mountain.
Apart from these climbing opportunities, these areas offer many points of interest regarding Spanish culture and history. So, if you’re planning to visit Barcelona and its surroundings, you can combine these activities with a sportive outing and make your experience even more fascinating.

Jordi is 100% passionate about what he does. It was my first multi-pitch and he gave me excellent, clear instructions. Great teacher! I never once felt uncomfortable or in danger. I trusted him with my life. And, he’s just really easy to be around! The day began with my journey from Barcelona to Montserrat. The night before, he made sure I had the right train to get there. In the morning, when I arrived at the Monistrol de Montserrat station, he was already there waiting to pick me up. He drove us to get some coffee and a last minute bathroom break. From there, we drove a bit to the actual mountain and made the final approach on foot. The climb itself was really fun! I’m addicted to multi-pitches now. The whole experience was just what I needed. I will definitely be back for more with Jordi.
