Description

This 1-day Maroon Bells climbing traverse is a challenging and demanding adventure. And it is the perfect trip for any adventurer visiting Aspen, Colorado.

The Maroon Bells Traverse might be one of the most difficult climbing traverses in the state of Colorado. It’s technically challenging. It takes quite a few hours and it requires previous climbing experience. But it is absolutely worth it!!

One of our guides will show you the way through exposed ridges and ledges that connect the North Maroon Peak (4273 m) with the South Maroon Peak (4317 m), which is the 27th highest peak in Colorado.

On this trip you will be guided up the mountain using short-roping and short-pitching techniques. You will go through a very technical terrain while tied up with a rope to your instructor. Safety will always be the most important factor of the climb. And we can guarantee that the views during the way up the peak and on its summit will be breathtaking.

This is our longest single day program and it can last from 10 to 14 hours depending on your physical condition. As a result, it will be important that you take all of the necessary food and water. We will provide you with all of the climbing equipment and camping gear that you will need.

So  send us a request for this 1-day Maroon Bells climbing traverse and lets start planning your adventure!
