Description

One of our certified guides will lead you across the Tofane massif in the spectacular Dolomites. Join us on this 1-day Formenton via ferrata and discover one of the most famous mountain groups in Northern Italy!

The Tofane group has three main peaks: Tofana di Mezzo (3,244 m), Tofana di Rozes (3,225 m) and Tofana di Dentro (3,238 m). Most of this majestic Dolomite group lies within the Dolomiti d’Ampezzo Natural Park which is one of the largest protected areas in this region.

Our starting point will be in the beautiful city of Cortina d’Ampezzo. Depending on the participant’s wishes, we may either climb to the top of the Tofana di Mezzo or take the cableway and start the adventure directly from the top.

This excursion will take us 4 hours to complete and we’ll go all the way from the top of the Tofana di Mezzo peak (3,244 m) to the Tofana di Dentro peak (3,228 m). Additionally, keep in mind that all participants must be both experienced climbers and in great physical condition.
