Canyoning allows you to explore natural environments while you enjoy walking, jumping, swimming and rappelling. If you have never tried it, this 1-day course is the perfect opportunity to start.

The contents of the course include rappelling, use of rope and building anchors, among others. We will provide you with the necessary information and knowledge to enjoy canyoning safely. You will learn about useful canyoning techniques and spend the day putting them into practice.

Although this course is designed for beginners, it is important to have a good level of fitness to join the program. We will be happy to help you during this one day course and respond to any doubts you may have.
