1+ day Backcountry skiing in Summit County, Colorado

Join me on this epic 1+ day backcountry ski tour through the skiing mecca of Summit County, Colorado, and I promise you will make memories to last a lifetime, as we wind our way through this world famous and absolutely stunning landscape and terrain, whilst also taking in the absolutely awesome views across the valleys.

Summit County is located in the state of Colorado, just a 90 minute drive from Denver, and provides flawless, pristine and perfect conditions for skiing and winter outdoor activities. The near constant snow throughout winter, combined with large amounts of sunshine during the year makes it an ideal place to backcountry ski, and it is also home to the famous Breckenridge ski resort.

We meet in the morning where safety information will be dispensed, before heading off to ski the mountains as soon as possible. Along the way we will go through some of the gorgeous areas on offer such as the Tenmile Range, the Gore Range and the Front Range.

As mentioned the views are truly special and captivating, as tree-lined alpine forests descend down the snowy mountains to vast tracts of valleys and waterways.

We finish the activity back where we started, having seen the delights of Summit County and improved our backcountry skiing!
