I am a mountain leader and instructor of Nordic walking in the Hautes-Pyrénées and elsewhere.
To walk, hike, ascend, descend, stroll, wander, discover nature, observe, listen, feel, taste, enjoy, photograph, draw, learn, cultivate knowledge,... Shortly, “living” in the mountain and being inhabited by it, that’s what I want to share with all of you, in a friendly and safe way.
