Sicily is my home, born and raised in Catania, under the beautiful Etna I have learned to ski on this incredible active Volcano. I’m a crazy rock climber since I was a boy! Passionate for adventures on big walls, with my Sicilian friends I have developed many rock climbing sectors around the island.

To follow my dream of becoming an Alpine Guide I travelled all around Europe and finally attended the course in Trentino where I spent the past 4 years. I remain quite nomad throughout the year, travelling north to south Italy working in both areas.

Contact me if you want to explore the most beautiful rock climbing spots in Sicily, organize a trekking trip on different volcanoes around the island, climb a big wall in San Vito Lo Capo, spend some days in the Dolomites ski touring and tasting great wines, Ice climbing in Piedmont, or just tell me your idea of adventure and I’ll do my best to make it happen!

Mirto is an excellent guide, he is friendly and very engaging. He takes time to explain climbing technique and safety concepts. He is passionate about the climbing spots in sicily, and he has many years experience. Would definitely climb with Mirto again, and I recommend the Multi pitch routes in mt etna hills.
