Hi! My name is Ignacio Manes. Through my whole life I've worked with groups in different areas: from university teaching to mountain guiding, as a passionate mountain climber and professional guide. In this field, I've visited high summits in Mendoza and Chile, and large areas in Patagonia where I actually live with my family. As a nature lover and it's sports, I constantly explore and visit it with friends and groups which normally comes from big cities.
I'm a trekking guide who wants to take people to the self recognition space the nature offers us. OUR space. I'm convinced that our greatest happiness lays inside us, really close, waiting for a instant of peace to be discovered.

Nano was a really nice guy, very knowledgeable about the area, history, flora and fauna, great English and just really easy to chat to. He was happy to share his world and wanted to know some of mine.

Ignacio is definitely the best guide you can have for trekkings in Bariloche. Not only is he a very experienced mountain guide, he also has knowledge on almost every topic that may be relevant for your trip. Above that, he is a very pleasant person to spend your day with. The round trip to Bellavista and Goye is a great way to spend a day outdoor in Bariloche.

Ignacio is an amazing guide. We all enjoyed the hikes, learning about the history of Bariloche, and even experiencing mate culture. Ignacio is super knowledgeable about all things Bariloche, and answered all kinds of questions about our food needs, airport transfers, and more. We loved every minute we spent with Ignacio, and can’t wait to go back to Bariloche and join him on more adventures!!
Stay up-to-date on the best adventures.
