I was born in 1976 and grow up in Ausserberg and climbed the Wiwanni first in 1981 with my father at the age of 41/2 years. From 1991 to 1996, I was member of the Swiss junior competition climbing team and started the education to become mountain guide in 1997. I've been further graduated as PhD in Linguistics (Dialectology, semiotics and language-based cartography) in 2005.

Really appreciated Hans’ communication throughout. Giving different options depending on the weather. I was thankful that he recognised my climbing level and did something suitable for that. When the climbing day came it was absolutely epic. Hans led us over to Jura for 2 exhilarating climbs. His instructions and safety techniques were precise and well presented. And his knowledge of the area was top notch! Would definitely recommend and use him again!

Hans-Christian was an awesome guide! He helped me figure out the logistics of where to stay and good places to visit while in Switzerland. He was also a great climbing guide, knowledgeable and safe and willing to teach. I learned a lot!
