Martin Maurer is a phenomenal guide. He knows the mountains incredibly well and I felt safe and overjoyed for the entire trip. He also shared information about the area’s history, and other local spots that are worth exploring. I had a climb planned up the Matterhorn the following day, but after my climb with Martin I felt that I would have been entirely satisfied just having done that climb alone! Incredible experience.
