Born in a small village in tha Austrian Alps I got in touch with skiing and hiking at a very young age. The first years of my skiing life were dominated by racing for the local ski club. At the age of eleven my dad took me on my first skitour, where I immediately felt comfortable and racing was not important any more. In the following years I developed a real passion for our beautiful mountains and for nature in general. In further consequence I completed the education to be a Mountain Guide in the year 2000, at the age of 21. Since the I work as a full time guide with special zeal for the winter.
Skiing in the Arlberg area around Lech, Zürs, Stuben and St. Anton, on almost every day of the season for many years, enables me to realise even small changes in the snowpack and the area.
Usually my clients and me start in the resort, where the goal is tho ski as much powder and hike as few as possible. One or two days after snowfall there are plenty of options to ski fresh snow direcly from the lifts, by traversing or short climbs without skins. However the hikes tend to get longer with every day, as the runs get skied out more and more.
The program is always adjusted to th actual snow and avalanche situation and of course to the individual needs of my clients.
So nature lovers and ski enthusiasts come and join me skiing through one of the best ski resorts of the world.
Please feel free to contact me to find the ideal program for your individual needs.
Stay up-to-date on the best adventures.
