Superb Scenery

The scenery that surround Seattle is quintessentially Pacific Northwest, with alpine forests and lakes dominating the landscape, and majestic snow-capped peaks looming large above it all. Due to the high precipitation in the area, there is an astonishing amount of lush green vegetation, with huge meadows and fields also containing many exotic native flowers.

Olympic National Park

One of the highlights of hiking near Seattle, Olympic National Park is one of the most beautiful and biodiverse places in Washington State, with rivers, beaches, glaciers and mountains, including the mighty Mt. Olympus (2,432m), aplenty.

Awesome Vibe

Seattle has long been known as a thriving, cool and hip place, from its Grunge heyday in the 90's to its current status as a technologically-driven and modern metropolis. Bars, restaurants, coffee shops and museums are in abundance, with the iconic Space Needle towering above. There is always something to do in Seattle.

Cool for most of the year, with Summer averaging around 20 degrees celsius and Winter averaging 5-10 degrees celsius. Much precipitation throughout the year.
