Ven conmigo en este ascenso y descubre el Chopicalqui, uno de los picos más hermosos de la Cordillera Blanca.
El Monte Chopicalqui es un pico de 6,345 metros ubicado dentro del Valle de Llanganuco en la Provincia de Yungay, Perú. Es el tercer pico más alto del macizo nevado del Huascarán. Desde su cumbre, podemos disfrutar de la vista del panorama más asombroso de la Cordillera Blanca.
Primero, nos reuniremos en Huaraz y conduciremos a través de Yungay y el Valle de Llanganuco hasta el Valle de Ancosh durante aproximadamente 3 horas. Desde este punto, nos tomará de 4 a 5 horas llegar al Campo de Morrena (4,900 metros). El día 2, subiremos durante 4 o 5 horas hasta el Campo Alto (5,300 metros), nuestra última parada antes de la cumbre. Al día siguiente, alcanzaremos el punto más alto del Chopicalqui y regresaremos al Campo de Morrena después de una caminata de 14 a 15 horas. Finalmente, el día 4 regresaremos al Valle de Ancosh y conduciremos a Huaraz.
Si quieres realizar este ascenso, considera que deberías tener un nivel de forma física muy bueno y alguna experiencia previa en montañismo.
